Different Stages of printing for a tee shirt clothing printing manufacturers in tirupur in India to print on t-shirts.
Step 1:- Screen Film Making using Screen making material as per the size required. These films are readily available from manufacturers.
Stage 2:- Wooden panels are made as per the screen size and printing required.
Stage 3:- This stage includes fixing the cut screen to the wooden panel.
Stage 4:- Once the wooden panels are fixed then it is dried in natural sunlight.
Stage 5:- This is the stage where the actual print is engraved in to the screen. Each color needed for the print will get one individual screen. Which means if there is a9 colors for a print on t-shirt and we will need to make 9 different screens. This process is done a through a machine and is called Screen explosion.
Stage 6:- This is the final process to set the shape of the print on the screen. Through this process final shape is permanently engraved to the screen and now is ready to be used to transfer dyes to the tee shit fabric.
Stage 7:- Based on the Pantone colors in the tech pack sent by clothing importer or retailer, dyes are mixed and matched accordingly, ready to be pasted on the already made screen.
Stage 8:- This stage includes marking the exact place where a particular screen to be placed.
Stage 9:- Once the marking is done, then the tee shirt fabric is stuck on the glass table so that the fabric is stable while printing.
Stage 10:- This is the process where actual printing is done through applying the dyes manually to the tee shirt fabric using the screen.
Stage 11:- Once the tee shirt clothing is fully printed then that cut fabric is sent in to a heat drying machine through which the print is thoroughly gets merged with the fabric.
Stage 12:- Final stage is assorting the fabric in to the different sizes and relaxing the fabric.
